The “Pack Your Progress Campaign 2026” (the “Campaign”) is a promotional initiative organized by Lengio Colombia S.A.S. (“Slang”) for the global community of users of the platform. By participating, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

  • Learn App: Slang’s study application.

  • Official channels: email, the Learn App, and Slang’s social media.
  • Official records: activity data stored in Slang’s systems.

03Eligibility

3.1 Users may participate if they:

  • Have an active Slang account throughout the entire Campaign.
  • Belong to an organization with access to the platform and are enabled to use Slang’s services.
  • Comply with the platform’s terms of use and these Terms.

3.2 Participation is individual, personal, and non-transferable.

3.3 Slang employees, their relatives up to the second degree, and test or administrative accounts may not participate.

04Global scope, categories, and rankings

4.1 The Campaign is global. Participants from different companies, organizations, countries, and regions compete against each other within the same category. A participant’s company does not create advantages, disadvantages, extra points, or separate rankings.

4.2 There are five categories, each with its own independent ranking:

SegmentCategories
EducationStarter
CorporateStarter, Flexible, Premium, and Executive

4.3 Each participant competes only in the category that matches their plan or segment. The category is determined using the information in Slang’s systems on the Campaign start date and does not change during the Campaign, even if the plan changes.

05Mechanics and scoring

Participants earn gifts by completing learning activities on the platform.

ActivityGifts
1 hour of study in the Learn App1
Practice Class, Premium Class, or Executive Class3 per class attended
Quiz5 per quiz passed
Instant Sessions0 (not included)

Rules for each activity:

  • Study hours: only active time recorded by the platform counts.
  • Quizzes: only passed quizzes count (at least 7 out of 10 correct answers). Each quiz counts only once, and only quizzes taken during the Campaign period are considered.
  • Classes: only classes the user attended count. Canceled classes and no-shows do not count.
  • Valid activities: only activities included in these mechanics that take place during the Campaign period, are recorded in Slang’s systems, and comply with the platform’s terms of use count.

5.1 “Holidays” professional course bonus

During the Campaign, a special professional course with “Holidays” themed content will be available. Participants who successfully complete the course during the Campaign period will receive a bonus of 20 gifts, added to their accumulated total.

This bonus can be earned only once per participant and is subject to validation of the course completion record in Slang’s systems.

06Cumulative ranking

6.1 The ranking is cumulative and does not reset during the Campaign. Gifts earned on each date are added to previous ones, and positions may change depending on other participants’ activity.

6.2 The final position is determined by the total number of gifts validly accumulated at close.

6.3 Participants can check their progress and, when available, their position in the Learn App, which updates in real time.

6.4 If there are differences between what the participant sees and the official records, the official records prevail.

07Winners and tiebreakers

7.1 At close, the three (3) participants with the most gifts in each category win, for a maximum of fifteen (15) winners. Winner status is subject to Slang’s final validation.

7.2 In the event of a tie, the winner is the participant who reached the final score first, according to Slang’s records. If this cannot be determined conclusively, the highest number of accumulated study hours will be used as the tiebreaker. Slang will communicate the result to the participants involved.

08Prizes

Prizes are the same across all five categories (Education Starter, Corporate Starter, Corporate Flexible, Corporate Premium, and Corporate Executive):

8.1 Prizes are personal and non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are subject to availability. If a prize is unavailable, Slang may replace it with another of similar value and features.

8.2 The Campaign is for individual users; their company does not compete as an organization.

8.3 In addition to the physical prize, winners will receive an upgrade to their plan conditions, defined by Slang, consisting of access to Instant Sessions or a move to a higher plan tier; for example, from Starter to Flexible. Slang will inform each winner of the upgrade that applies to them at the time of notification.

09Prize delivery

9.1 Slang will contact winners at the email address registered in their account, through the corresponding Account Managers (AMs). Participants are responsible for responding to this communication in a timely manner.

9.2 To receive the prize, the winner must, within fifteen (15) calendar days of notification:

  • Provide the information required for delivery.
  • Send a testimonial about their experience with Slang.

9.3 If the winner does not comply within that period, they forfeit the prize, and Slang may dispose of it, including awarding it to the next participant in the ranking.

10Conduct, fraud, and disqualification

Slang may disqualify a participant and remove their gifts, even after preliminary results have been published, if it reasonably identifies:

  • Manipulation of activity records or misuse of the platform.
  • Duplicate or shared accounts used to gain an advantage.
  • Bots, scripts, or other tools that generate artificial activity.
  • Any conduct intended to improperly alter the ranking.
  • Breach of these Terms or of Slang’s terms of use.

Slang may request evidence to verify activity. Disqualification results in the loss of gifts, position, and prizes, without any right to compensation.

11Image and testimonials

By receiving their prize, the winner authorizes Slang, free of charge and for one (1) year from the date they share the material with Slang, to use their name, image, voice, and testimonial in Campaign communications and promotional materials. Results may display their name, category, and position.

12Privacy and personal data

Slang will process participants’ data in accordance with its Personal Data Processing Policy and applicable regulations (including Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and, where applicable, the law of the participant’s country) to manage the Campaign, validate participation, calculate results, contact winners, and deliver prizes. Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, and deletion by writing to [email protected].

13Platform and liability

13.1 Participation depends on the platform working properly. Slang is not responsible for activities that are not recorded due to connectivity issues, participant device failures, or other causes beyond its control.

13.2 If a general incident affects activity tracking, Slang may take reasonable measures to determine the results correctly.

13.3 Slang is not liable for force majeure or acts of God.

14Changes and cancellation

Slang may modify the mechanics, dates, prizes, or valid activities, or cancel the Campaign, for operational, technical, commercial, or force majeure reasons, informing participants through the official channels. Changes will not unjustifiably affect rights already acquired by participants.

15Claims and contact

Claims about results must be sent to [email protected] within three (3) business days after results are published. Slang will respond within a maximum of ten (10) business days.

16Official communications, governing law, and acceptance

16.1 Only communications about dates, mechanics, rankings, results, prizes, or changes published through Slang’s official channels are considered official. Participants should check them regularly.

16.2 These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the participant’s country of residence. Any dispute related to the Campaign will be submitted to the competent courts of that country, without prejudice to the non-waivable rights the participant has under the laws of their country of residence.

16.3 Any situation not covered here will be resolved by Slang in accordance with the Campaign rules and applicable law.

16.4 Participation implies having read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

16.5 These Terms are published in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. In the event of any discrepancy between versions, the Spanish version prevails.
